Our State-of-the-art CMI STD 400 Combination asphalt plant can produce Hot and Warm-Mix asphalt products including both Marshall and Superpave mixes. Capital Paving’s Puslinch Plant has been a recipient of OAPC’s Trillium Award since 2003, with recertifications in 2007, 2017 and 2020.
We have our own in-house Class B & C certified asphalt testing laboratory. This provides us with the ability to provide constant quality assurance. We are members of the Ontario Road Builders Association and the Ontario Asphalt Paving Council and have staff on each organization’s executive board. Our staff is constantly updating their skills in various technical courses offered by these organizations.
