Project Overview

A greenfield site development with of a new auto mall, major components include;

• Site earthworks including cut/ fill on site and importing structural fill
• 1200 lineal meters of sanitary sewer
• 4500 lineal meters of storm sewer ranging in size from 2250 mm to 300 mm
• 3000 lineal meters of water main
• ADS storm water retention system
• Hydro guard oil water separators
• Sanitary pumping station
• Dry storm water pond
• Retaining walls
• Granular
• Curb and Gutter
• Asphalt

Project require working closely with the owner and engineer in regards to site revisions to minimalize impacts to schedule, quality and cost. Also open lines of communication with sub-contractors to coordinate site works to maximize productions
