Project Overview

• Complete road reconstruction with full road, storm sewers, water service relocation, curb and gutter and restorations, Street lighting
• Maintained access to all home owners throughout construction with minimal impacts
• Proposed a change in Design from the owners original design to change from Asphalt curb and gutter to concrete curb and gutter which resulted in a cost savings to the owner
