Project Overview

The Bleams and Ottawa Street project consists of improvements to the roadway surface including new concrete curbs and gutters, trunk watermain (concrete pressure pipe) installation, sanitary sewer installation, related storm sewer and structure adjustments, new sidewalk and new Asphalt Multi Use Trail construction.
